  • Billing information: Payment details processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Competitor data: Domain names, email addresses, and other information about competitors you choose to track.
  • Communications: Any messages you send us via email or support channels.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical data:

  • Log data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, and referring URLs.
  • Usage data: How you interact with the platform, features used, and actions taken.
  • Device data: Hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
  • Cookies: Session cookies required for authentication, and optional analytics cookies. See Section 7 for details.

1.3 Competitor Email Data

The core function of Jacqui involves receiving and processing marketing emails sent by third-party businesses (your competitors). These emails are processed on your behalf and stored in association with your account. We use AI to analyse the content of these emails to generate insights. This data is treated as your account data and is subject to this policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process payments and send billing-related communications.
  • Send transactional emails such as account confirmations and alerts you have configured.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
  • Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve performance and user experience.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Competitor email data associated with your account will be deleted along with your account data.
